Our prices are affordable and we can tailor our pricing and payment options to suit your specific needs and circumstances.

Our rates are discussed,
negotiated and set on a case‑by‑case basis.

The rates charged by WWP (for translation from/into English) are:

Certified translation

The rate for translation is between 20 and 35 lei/page, depending on the industry in which the translation is required, the volume requested, the urgency, the existence of repetitive documents or standard forms.

Revision and adaptation

The rate for revision and adaptation of translations already performed (by the client and/or by another translator, but who cannot authorise the translation) + authorisation is between 13 and 22 lei/page, depending on the industry in which the translation is to be done, the volume requested, the urgency, the existence of repetitive documents or standard forms.

Fees for other services

For other services, related to the translation service (e.g., but not limited to, legalization, apostille/superlegalization at the Chamber of Notaries Public, obtaining the visa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassy superlegalization) an additional fee will be charged (in addition to the fees charged by the authorities), as follows:

* The urgency fee applies to same-day requests, high-volume requests with short turnaround times or work that falls on weekends or public holidays.

* The above prices are indicative and do not constitute any contractual or other obligation. No VAT is added.

* 1 page is 2000 characters including spaces. For short documents such as certificates, diplomas, civil status documents, a minimum of 1 page is charged.

* In the case of translations from one foreign language into another, the rate for each language will be applied, being a double translation.

* A charge of up to 40% of the translation price will be levied for collation, provided that the collated material is supplied in editable format.

* If the same translated document requires more than one service, i.e. legalization + apostille/ superlegalization + visa, the fee for preparing the document is payable once, but the fee for obtaining legalization + apostille/ superlegalization + visa is payable per institution.
